MWYS Gear Return  Guildline

Hello Wolverine Families, If you still have gear, please contact us to set up a time & place to return it.Please Wash all equipment prior to turning it in. This includes any loose thigh, hip, knee and tailbone pads.
  • Make sure everything is completely dry before turning it in. Wet gear will mildew!
  • Pack all loose thigh, hip, knee and tailbone pads together in large Ziploc, or plastic grocery bag. Any extra pads should be turned in loose with the other gear.
  • Wash all mud and dirt off of shoulder pads.
  • Wash helmet with Hot soapy water (inside and out) to remove all dirt, grass, sweat, hair and etc. wipe dry and allow to air dry thoroughly in a warm location prior to turn in.
You efforts in providing the above assistance can greatly help our efforts to improve our gear handout days next year and take less of your and our time during that process.

Wolverine Team Updates 



Both the Peewee Blue and 89ers Blue teams bring home the 2008 Wesco Jr football league championships! The Peewee Blue team won its second championship in a row by defeating a tough Stanwood Spartans team 21-14.

The 89er blue team was just to much for a good Stanwood Spartans team defeating them 52-8.

Both teams would like to thank everyone who helped make this possible! Thank you!

Registration for MWYS Basketball is now open!!!

Wolverine basketball teams play within the Alderwood Boys and Girls Club Fall Basketball Program.  The cost to play will be $150 which includes boys and girls club registration and a uniform (includes shorts and shell). Spots are open for those that want to sign up for 2nd,3rd, 6th or 7th grade levels.

The Meadowdale Wolverines are having a recreational Poker tournament to help raise fund for the 2008 season. The Buy-in is only $25 and this includes dinner and soft drink. There are weekly donated prizes. So, if like poker don't miss this opportunity!!!

Saturday, Dec 13th, 2008 – 6pm
